JOB DESCRIPTION
Organize and supervise shifts
Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
Coordinate the entire restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house
Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory
Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic Food Hygiene cert
Proven experience as a supervisor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and team management abilities
Positive and approachable manner
Exceptional customer service skills
