JOB DESCRIPTION
Full spectrum of HR operations across the organization – Recruitment, Payroll, Work pass applications, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Develop fair HR policies and handbook and ensure employees’ compliance
Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices
Ability to make sound decision in a timely manner, work under tight deadlines and pressure
Good analytical mind and displays keen insight into data, using them to address issues and find solutions to work challenges
Possesses a high degree of confidentiality
