JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the Logistics department and work with the operations and delivery team to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times at the lowest possible cost
Accountable for the logistic capacity in the store, to include space, equipment, and people, as a part of the supply chain capacity
Accountable for overall availability, quality of and service operations, follow up of performance and costs of operations
Monitor the Logistics department's performance in order to take relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth, budget and performance in the store business plan and logistics action plan
To study, prepare and be certified Custom Declarant so as to manage the submission of Customs Declaration Via TradeNet system
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in strong leadership in managing, leading, and developing a team, preferably gained in a retail, duty-free or Logistics environment
Have the interest in retailing and supply chain Logistics with a strong desire to maximize turnover, creating profit and improving customers’ shopping experience
Experience of setting and implementing action plans, setting budgets, and following up goals
Analytical and able to make objective decisions based on monitoring and reviewing of the logistics system and other available information
Able to commit to work on shift duties, public holidays and weekends when required
Strong knowledge of international logistics, import/export, freight-forwarding and third-party warehousing is critical to the success of this role
