JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage social media marketing and content strategy
Plan for social media ad buys, which include follow-up such as monitoring, optimizing, and reporting
Develop and recommend marketing activities to increase online sales
Create campaigns that improve search engine rankings, increase traffic to the site and strengthen customer loyalty
Assist in Google AdWords and user engagement and suggest content optimization efforts
Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams across the organization
Perform other ad-hoc duties within marketing such as support for events
Maintain content for the company’s e-Commerce website, with responsibilities for technological aspects as well as site content
Ongoing web strategy and overseeing website operation, with particular attention to content and site maintenance
Update website content, including information, images, calendar content, schedules, graphics, etc., according to the changing needs of the promotions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of social media and digital marketing experience
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and social media best practices
Knowledge of relevant IT programs and programming languages would be an advantage
Well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics
Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords, and web traffic metrics
