Operations Manager | Food & Beverages
Central, Singapore | SGD 4,000 to 4,500 with Meals Provided
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible to develop business plan, policies, and process, as well as financial budget
Work closely with HR team on staffing matters
Train and guide new staffs and managers for new outlet's opening, policies and strategies, and other operational matters
Establish measurable KPIs and lead team to achieve the KPIs and goals
Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure procurement, inventory, quality, and COGS
Manage daily operations of all outlets within budget and to the highest standards
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Develop and establish financial budget and plans
Resolve any escalate issues or feedback from customers, vendors, and supplier to ensure customers’ satisfaction
Prepare daily reports and insights for weekly meeting with the higher management
Oversees all outlets in-charged P&L to ensure cost efficiency
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma and above
At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in F&B industry
Good knowledge in managing multiple outlets, hiring, training, budgeting, and management
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, people influencing skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers
Able to influence people and lead by example
