Operations Manager | Food & Beverages

Central, Singapore | SGD 4,000 to 4,500 with Meals Provided

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible to develop business plan, policies, and process, as well as financial budget

  • Work closely with HR team on staffing matters

  • Train and guide new staffs and managers for new outlet's opening, policies and strategies, and other operational matters

  • Establish measurable KPIs and lead team to achieve the KPIs and goals

  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure procurement, inventory, quality, and COGS

  • Manage daily operations of all outlets within budget and to the highest standards

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

  • Develop and establish financial budget and plans

  • Resolve any escalate issues or feedback from customers, vendors, and supplier to ensure customers’ satisfaction

  • Prepare daily reports and insights for weekly meeting with the higher management

  • Oversees all outlets in-charged P&L to ensure cost efficiency

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above

  • At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in F&B industry

  • Good knowledge in managing multiple outlets, hiring, training, budgeting, and management

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, people influencing skills

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers

  • Able to influence people and lead by example
