Central, Singapore | SGD 5,000 to 6,000 plus Variable Bonuses

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Calendar Management – manage and coordinate the calendar of the CEO

  • To schedule external and internal appointments/meetings, conference calls and video conferences – booking of venues, arranging of refreshment for meetings and company events

  • Email Management

  • Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed

  • Recruitment management - organize candidate interviews for CEO

  • Post advertisements on the various job portals, new hires onboarding and business cards etc.

  • Responsible for all general office management including pantry inventory, cleaning arrangements, workspace seating, office suppliers, gifts for clients

  • Make courier arrangements for delivery and receiving of items

  • Represent CEO as first point of contact in office when CEO in unavailable

  • Attend to personal matters of CEO when required

  • Translation of documents for CEO

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Proficient in internal recruitment and onboarding

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload and meticulous attention to details

  • Excellent discretion and confidentiality
