JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle all incoming and forwarding of phone calls

  • Greet and manage registration of all visitors to the office

  • Maintain tidiness of the reception area

  • Sort and distribute all daily incoming mails, parcels, and reading materials

  • Assist in arranging courier and mailing of documents and parcels

  • Manage, maintain, and procure new stationeries and pantry supplies where necessary

  • Provide support for requests for printing of name cards, staff access passes and other ad-hoc request, from liaison with the vendors to the collection of items

  • Any other duties that may be assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels and above

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist will be an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Administrative work in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
